Rf link 2 transmitters for 1 receiver

I have the 4800 315 Mhz Rx and Tx.

If a buy a second transmitter, can I use transmit from both to the one receiver.

It can be done provided your code can correct any errors if/when both TX at one time.

Also it is not a good practice to put both transmitters of the same frequency in the same room.

Yeah. I have my TX and RX in separate rooms. I want a second transmitter in another room.
