Hey,
Was wondering if anybody knew of a cheap reader similar to the ID-20(125kHz) that would read the HID 13.56MHz.
Thanks in advance!

There is a tutorial and library for Arduino as well: http://rfid.marcboon.com/#post25
Cheers,

Thanks for the help. I’m looking into them now. If I get one, I’ll be sure to post how it works!
Is this recently added product suitable: [RFID Module - SM130 Mifare?

Hi All,
IB Technology in the UK design Read/Write modules for nearly all tag types: http://www.rfsolutions.co.uk/acatalog/RFID_Modules.html
We manufacture them - you can also get Dev boards with USB and RS232 out as well as free software to get them up and running and program the cards which should be helpful - http://www.ibtechnology.co.uk/
I have used these myself and we have put them into a few designs of our own - one for a door entry systme and one for a gate openner with key pad and bluetooth.
Good luck
Tom
