Greetings pmhunt,
As a board designer you don’t need to know the router bit size, you just specify the dims of the finished board. They will probably use a smaller diameter bit to leave a small radius at an inside corner, perhaps that is really your question?
BatchPCB will allow any number of segments on an outside route (make a star shaped board if you wish), but no routes on the inside (you can’t place cutouts inside the board outline).

I have used pcbpool and they routed to the centre of the board outline So you need to know the router bit size to get the correct dimensions

Greetings pmhunt,
How does this relate to BatchPCB?
