Just purchased RTK Facet and wanted to configure it to work with Q Field. Set up a new Profile in Config and set TCP to Server. Switched profile back to default (set to BLE bluetooth for Ios) unit locked displaying blank SSID and usual ip address. Any suggestions?
Did you try to Reset?
How? The config Page won’t save or reset. The off button held for over a minute doesn’t work
Welcome @hydra1918
You will want to serial connect to the Facet, and also learn to use the RTK Firmware Uploader tool. The RTK Uploader Tool will allow you to reset the Facet, and obviously upload the latest firmware (currently V4.2).
Here’s a quick post to get you started…if you don’t want to read through the Guides
Thank you. That’s done it
How do I reset the wifi config page. it still hangs if I go into config mode. Do I erase FLASH?
The WiFi Config Page works much better if you update the firmware to V4.2
But I much prefer to use Serial Config when I’m at my desk.
I’ll only use WiFi Config when I’m in the field and must make a change (and don’t want to boot-up an android tablet for serial access).
I’ve reloaded firmware 4.1, which the unit came with. That went okay, but if I go to Wifi Config it hangs. The config page at 192.168.4.1 can’t save or reset. It is stuck on TCP server. Where is that information stored? In Flash? I’d like to get it back to Factory defaults as regard Wifi Config. ps. I did try update to 4.2 but it refused to update. I could try again
Did try again, and it updated to 4.2 but still wifi config hangs. Also noticed it comes up with No SSIDs on start up
You can perform a factory reset over a serial connection.

Thank you so much for your help. I’m not new to ublox or ESP32 but pointing me towards the firmware update tool has saved me a lot of googling. Serial looks way better for me, the wifi config is too buggy. Cheers
