RTK Surveyor Base-Rover cm level accuracy

I would like to locate a point using temp. base and rover (2 rtk surveyor units). Pls help me to solve some doubts.

  1. Can i locate a same points by using the above setup all the time? Means suppose today i marked a position point using rtk surveyor base-rover setup and i logged the coordinates. Next day if i keep the rover on the same position which i marked last day, then can i get the same coordinates which i got last day? I tried this, but getting 2 to 4m error.

  2. I tried another setup also. I put both rtk surveyors in survey-in mode, i logged the base coordinates after getting 1cm accuracy in rover. Then i fed these base coordinates into rover (Used Tera term-Config ESP32-base setup-fixed/static position-geographic coordinates). Then tried the experiment 1 again, then i got 1 to 2.9m error.

  3. How can i get cm level accuracy to complete the experiment?
