Sensors affected by grounnd/power planes

I am designing a PCB that acts as the host for an Invensense MPU-6050 9 axis evaluation board. Ideally, I want to mount the boards over-under, like an arduino and shield. Just to be safe, I thought I’d ask if the power/ground planes would interfere with any of the sensors.

Thanks in advance!

Probably not. Just make sure you properly ground things and follow the guidelines for reducing noise. You’ll probably have to calibrate the magnetometer, anyway, so it shouldn’t matter.
