Meanwhile we noticed OSNMA and HAS from Galileo constellation.
At least Septentrio M.2 Mosaic card can “smoke” OSNMA with the latest firmware update v4.12.1:

Received an answer from Septentrio, today:
"Spoofing is very much an active R&D topic within Septentrio and we are, and will, improve our firmware and algorythm.
The GPSPatron test was done with FW version 4.8.2, at this moment version 4.14.4 is available."
In my opinion, a good practice is to keep the Mosaic firmware up to date.
