Ive got a servo trigger (13118) and have it wired up to test and Im getting weird results.
Ive currently got it connected to a variable buck set to 5V. The buck is powered by a 12V power supply.
On powerup, the servo moves a bit and settles. So the board is definitely getting power.
However, sometimes it responds to the switch input and sometimes it doesnt.
Cycling power sometimes works? Sometimes doesnt?
I cant figure it out. Anyone have more experience with these boards? Ive already fried one during testing due to an accident, but the second Ive been extra careful to avoid any issues.
Does adjusting the trimpots make it move? https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/se … ed-quickly
The default state for the input (your switch) is debounced/coded for a button; do you have one you can test with?
Ive found this item to be very sensitive to noisy power. You might try a different power source like a regulated 5 volt power brick and see if that improves things.

Unfortunately the use case I have for this requires a toggle switch.
