Only GND/VCC and SIG/GND/VCC hooked up (triggering manually for debug). Motor will rotate properly one way when triggered then often and frustratingly sporadically (i.e. no intentional triggering) rotate hard back the other way and “stick” there (manual triggering will not get it to rotate back to other position) for some time. Can eventually get it to trigger back to other position but sporadic, flaky nature of “self-triggering” continues. Soldering looks good, wiring seems sound, no idea what to try next.
What is the servo connected to? How are you manually triggering it? Can you show a picture of your connections/wiring?
What is your power source? A poorly regulated or noisy power supply will cause the symptoms you’re describing.
Thanks, I’ll mess around with that. Currently is a 3xAA battery pack with what used to be a USB connection that I cut and wired into the board instead via simple connector. Could certainly be some flakiness there…
