Shipping calculator works weird

Hello

If I select Russia, there is no shipping options except “Local pickup”. But Batchpcb FAQ (http://batchpcb.com/index.php/Faq) informs that items can be shipped internationally.

I live in Ukraine. My address is included in my profile and international shipping is available for my locations.
