Hi there,
I have a adxrs150 breakout board module from sparkfun.
see, http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/produc … cts_id=396
it is weird to notice that the datasheet says http://www.analog.com/UploadedFiles/Dat … XRS150.pdf
that the minimum dynamic range is plus/minus 150 degrees but I cannot see range. the typical sensitivity is 12.5mV/degree/sec
but from what we can see (the attached)
-
the maximum voltage NEVER goes to 5V. i suppose that i have a lt1013 op amp voltage follower in place and that might be the reason
-
i do not notice any (the notorious) significant drift? i am sampling at 200hz and for about 30 sec.
-
i don’t see that the min dynamic range of 150 degree. I was shaking the gyro in my hand. and as we can see (4.359-2.601)V/12.5mV/degree/sec=140degree/s.
and i dont see that i can shake my right hand at more than 90 degrees. so where is the 50 extra degree coming from??
please advise. [/img]](http://allyoucanupload.webshots.com/v/2001551470870293008)
