skillet reflow and lead-free?

I’ve got a small production PCB (a few dozen) and I want to try skillet reflow. It’d be nice to be able to claim RoHS, though, just in case the end consumer of my widget wants to ship overseas.

Has anyone tried skillet reflow with lead-free solder? I know it has a higher melting point, and I wonder whether the skillets can get hot enough quickly enough.

I just did my version of skillet reflow (1/4" aluminum plate on an electric stovetop) to desolder a part from an assembled board. Worked fine.
