On the development board of ATmega128, I measured the pins that are connected to AVR ISP programmer cable with a caliper. It turned out to be 2.50 mm. What I want is header pins that can be connected to the cable of ISP programmer for programming. Thanks
Did you measure them inside-to-inside? Measuring male header pitch is a two-step process with calipers, (inside_to_inside + pin width) or (outside_to_outisde - pin width).
If you look inside the .pdf file: http://www.sparkfun.com/datasheets/AVR/avr-h128b.pdf you will see, it states the pins have a 0,1" pitch.
