I need to find a reasonably priced SMS short-code provider enabling bidirectional SMS communications with our customers. I’ve already priced out ClubTexting and 2ergo, but their smallest packages start at 10-50K MT messages and $750-1250/month in addition to the $500/month fee for the short code registration. Eventually that will be OK but it’s overkill for what we need in the 6-12 month timeframe.
Can anyone recommend another provider? We’ve already implemented the cheapest solution (SMS to/from email, for US carriers), but the short-code would be much easier for the end user, more reliable and more secure.
