software hanging problem with msp430F1611

I have one device having msp430F1611 with CC2420 radio, which send packets at 25 Hz. when i trun on the device it keeps sending packets for arround 10-15min (or less duration) and after that it get hanged, stops sending packets…could any one please guide me what is the problem …it would be nice if someone gives some comments.

I think some prb with buffer it might goes overflow …but do not get any debug info which guide me…looking for your cooperation to get rid of this problem…thx.
