Had any of you tried to make PCB for the GSM Trizium module??
Is it possible to solder this with solder paste and a reflow oven ??
Experience?? Please commend 8)

Hi,
We use a relow process but any oven/hot-plate/rework station should be capable of heating up the connections to soldering it. The Trizium is an ‘easier’ BGA because the majority of the ball connections can be optically inspected around the edge instead of the usual X-ray inspection.
