Is there a learn guide for the SparkFun Arduino IoT Weather Station KIT-22636?

How is the Weather Station powered? Is a battery pack used with the outdoor setup?

It can either be powered through the 5v pin or the USB C connector

Sorry, I guess I was not clear enough.

What I was asking is -

I’m not sure how much current all the components would draw on a daily basis.

So I can’t tell if a battery pack could be used or the station draws enough current that a USB power cord is required.

Can you use a battery pack to power the exterior weather station? How long would it last?

or

Do you have to have a 120V → 5V usb power cord to the station?

I would like to avoid having a USB power cord running across the ground outside that is connected to an adapter in a 120V outlet.

If the current draw on a battery pack could only last a short time (less than a month) powering the weather station with a battery pack is not feasible.

Any idea when Sparkfun will publish a learn guide for the weather station?
