SparkFun ESP32 MicroMod Processor: "WARNING: Failed to communicate with the flash chip"

Looking at the ESPtool.py it can not read the flash chip ID. Indeed remove the 2 cards and try again. Else I suspect you have a problem with the ESP32 MicroMod.
