SparkFun Library for Eagle Cadsoft - Stand-off Question

I’m trying to use the stand-off part from the SparkFun library in my Eagle Cadsoft project and was wondering if it also includes the hole for the board layout or if that needs to be added separately. After I added holes to the centre of the stand-offs on the board layout, I now see some DRC errors. Do I need to add holes with the stand-offs, or are they there to keep traces away from the screw head and when I get the board manufactured I would need to manually drill the holes.

This is my first project with Eagle Cadsoft so please excuse the newbie question.

The standoff part has the hole already in it. So you dont have to worry about that. Just use your stand-offs where ever you need them, and give some space for the keep-out layer. Those holes are good for 4-40 screws.
