Hi Marco.
The MIDI Shield isn’t designed to work with a Pi, it would probably be easier for you to roll your own rather than making the shield work. The link below should be enough to get you started.

i saw this a couple of weeks ago, but if i take only the two midi connections TX, RX, 5v and ground, it is possible?
The problem you’re going to run into is that the Pi won’t accept 5 volt data. The shield might work at 3.3 volts though, you’d have to try it and see. Also, there’s no analog inputs on the Pi so the analog portion of the shield won’t work.
