I may have found an error in a part in the sparkfun library, the 3.3v regulator V_REG_LD1117VXX. I think the GND and IN pins are swapped when I went to lay out the PCB. I verified the schematic and replaced it several times just to be sure. Can anybody confirm this?
Check it against the data sheet!
Looking from the top (i.e. if you have placed the part flat on the board), and assuming the heat sink tab is ‘up’; then the pins, from left to right, are:
Input
Ground
Output
That’s what I see in the Sparkfun library, and on the datasheet.
What do you see?

It’s Gnd, Vout, Vin on the data sheet I have, reading from left to right:
OOOPS - I looked at the wrong datasheet! Leon is right, it is an oddball pinout for a regulator. So, the library is wrong as you suspected.

Thanks for verifying. I ended up swapping it for a 5v regulator footprint. Do you know who I could contact about the error?
Try Sparkfun support.
