SparkFun Quadband GNSS RTK Breakout - LG290P (Qwiic) firmware upgrade error

I just receiver our SparkFun Quadband GNSS RTK Breakout - LG290P (Qwiic) boards.
Following “Firmware Upgrade Guide” I used QGNSS V2.0 to upgrade the firmware of the two boards Quectel_LG290P_Firmware_Release_V0104S.zip from … SparkFun_RTK_Postcard/Firmware at main · sparkfun/SparkFun_RTK_Postcard · GitHub

Unfortunately the update process did not succeeded… on the firmware download tool I get:

The board is configured as base station and is emitting RTCM messages on COM9 (visible on QConsole)

Any idea about what could the problem be? Why the update fails ?

The output message is missing, try re-posting it

There is no output message emitted by Firmware Download dialog … it simply passes from red square icon to the green arrow by showing the already posted messages on the console
