SparkFun Triad Spectroscopy Sensor

We are trying to plan a lab for middle school students to test the wavelength and frequency of different types of lightbulbs - incandescent, fluorescent, LED, black light, sunlight etc.

I don’t know if the SparkFun Triad Spectroscopy Sensor will do this and how to even use one. Any help is appreciated.

The Spectral Triad should be able to do that.

Check the [hookup guide for information on how to set it up and some sample code. Since you’re using an external light source you would just not enable the boards on board LEDs.](https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/spectral-triad-as7265x-hookup-guide)
