I just got a pair of these, and I am a little nervous to hook them up. On the pin labels, there are 3v3 and 5v connections. Do I need to supply both voltages for these modules to work?

Has anyone seen a connection diagram to some sort of dev board? Looking at the example sketch, I can be fairly sure, but it would be nice to see something.

5V powers the module. 3v3 is used for the pullup resistors and needs to be supplied as well.
