Stepper Motor Speed Control -- SparkFun ProDriver - Stepper Motor Driver (TC78H670FTG)

I’ve searched around pretty exhaustively and cannot find a clear answer on whether or not the SparkFun ProDriver - Stepper Motor Driver (TC78H670FTG) can be adjusted for motor speed. Right now use on my 1.8° bipolar stepper motor is resulting in 75RPM with full step setting (no micro-stepping), which works out to be a 250Hz output pulse. The output pulse rate does not seem to be user adjustable. Can someone confirm that cannot be increased in some manner? I’m happy to reduce RPM through software control delays, but need to increase it too.

Thank you.

Not readily…Unfortunately, the chip itself does not seem to provide a way to increase this output pulse rate beyond what is determined by the input step signal (this driver is mostly aimed at dialing in precise movements)

But you could always throw some gears in the mix to speed things up!
