STM32 serial-wire compatible tools/software, wich ones?

Hi!

I’m brand new to the ARM side, and need a bit of advice:

We are develloping a STM32 based board, and would like to buy the necessary tools to program/debug it.

For the programmer/debugger: We sure know about the various Olimex offerings, but they don’t state if they support serial wire jtag. Do you know of any tools that are both cheap and supporting serial wire debug?

Also, for the IDE itself, wich one is the best? We use Altium for the schematic/PCB stuff, but is their ARM IDE worth it? IAR? WinARM? Eclipse? Of course, it will need to support the STM32. I know it’s a pretty “personnal” thing, as some might prefer one over another, but all around what are the best IDEs I should spend time evaluating?

Thanks a lot!
