programmed with the rs-232 port on the board or do you need a separate programmer to use with the ICSP port?
IF you put in an AVR pre-flashed with a bootloader, you could program it via the RS232 port, but otherwise you need an ICSP programmer.
I’d just get the ICSP programmer - they’re cheap.
