SW Maps accuracy shown as NA

Hi all,

I got an RTK Express Plus Kit, it all works fine, the precision is great, but when using SW Maps, the accuracy is shown as NA, and when I download the data, it shows the accuracy as 0. The data obtained is correct, just the precision is buggy.

Would you guys have any idea of what is going on?

It is similiar to what this topic was asking, but since it is a different equipment, it might not be the same solution.

Are you getting an RTK fix? What do your SW maps screens look like? (settings, status…share photos if possible)
