Hi,
My name is Marek Eneti, I am violinist. I play variety of different styles of music on my violin.
Recently I run into a problem. I am in need of synth lead sound, which I could generate by playing my violin.
I have tried midi set up for the violin but it’s far from good. At this point I can’t really use it for my solos.
It has many limitations due to the violin specifications.
I wanted to ask if it’s possible to built simple analog synthesizers which would be capable of:
Receiving audio signal from electric violin pick up (like electric guitar),
then signal would flow thru all analog circuits or trigger
wave oscillator(s) and be able to use analog filters like any other analog synth.
I am just looking for classical analog lead sound, but created all by analog path to avoid A/D conversion latency.
Is there any way you could help me?
Thank you,
Marek Eneti
