Is there a way in the field to input coordinates for your temporary base station? Either through a hardware interface, or through SW Maps or other Mobile Survey Interfaces?
There are horizontal and vertical control points with coordinates that are published, and if I set up my temporary base on those control points, I want to be able to occupy those specific coordinates, and then survey accurately relative to those control points.

Did you try the WiFi configuration Base Menu? It has fields to enter known coordinates.
That looks like it should do the trick toeknee… I don’t know anything about the WiFi AP config though. Is it usable on a phone in the field? App or WebApp? EDIT: found this: https://docs.sparkfun.com/SparkFun_RTK_ … with_wifi/
I haven’t purchased a Base/Rover set yet, I’m doing my homework first to figure out what will all be involved… my experience is running Trimble R8s with TSC3/7 data collectors for legal surveying.
So far the outlook is positive.
