Terminations between M6E and Arduino

Good day everyone,

I am using a M6E-Nano as a shield on an Arduino Uno R3. Concerning the connection instructions for the R3 and the M6E. Can I use the Stackable Header to connect the two boards together to accomplish these connections - RX, TX, GND, and 5V? Ultimately I wish to read a tag using the M6E to Arduino Uno R3 and transmit the data to a laptop using Excel Data Streamer. Any help is very much appreciated.
