Thanks for the RTK_Everywhere Source and Build Process

Dear SparkFun,

I just wanted to thank you for making the RTK_Everywhere source code AND the build process available to all.

The build process Just Works! The RTK_Everywhere code is extensive, but is so well documented that it was relatively easy for me to make my own custom build. My build responds to button presses to add custom Timestamp messages to the MicroSD log file. This will allow me to post-process the log file and identify the GNGGA messages that are interesting to me.
