Through hole connector pads overlap after DRC check in Eagle

Dear Sir,

I have received eagle .lbr file for the following from SAMTEC:

FTSH-105-01-F-D-K

Its Description: 0.050"X0.050" CL THROUGH HOLE TERMINAL STRIP ASSEMBLY, 2 rows, each row has 5 pins.

(1.27mm pitch through hole)

Everything was fine until I run the DRC( Design Rule Check). I used sparkfun.drc file.

After running the DRC, the pads getting shorted (boundaries of plated through hole overlapped) and i could not come back to the original.

I found this after completed routing the traces of my board.

I do not redo all the routing again as the board is complex and small. Does anyone has any suggestions please.

I attached picture showing my problem and the .lbr file sent by SAMTEC.

This connector is useful for SWD/JTAG interface for ARM. I use this because its very small, so takes small amount of space compared to JTAG.

An ARM development board from ST Mircroelectronics uses this connector ( but it is 4 layer board, mine is two layer)

Thank you.

Could show a picture of the design before the DRC? (If possible)
