Trouble finding package of resistors

Hey! I’m designing my first ever PCB board using Eagle, just a simple RGB LED driver, and am having trouble locating the correct package of resistor that I’ve chosen to work with. What I mean is, I have already picked out the resistors (this has already been built on perfboard), but I can’t seem to find the nugget of information in its datasheet that tells me which Eagle part it corresponds to.

I’d like to add these to my schematic in Eagle, with the correct PCB footprint. I have a feeling its right in front of me, but I don’t quite know how to interpret it.

The specs say the package is 4x12mm, so I’d start with the 0411/15 package from the rcl library.

(which you can read as 4mm dia by 11mm long, with the holes on (approx) 15mm centers.)
