Greetings
I am a musician, and am attempting to set the Tsunami wave trigger up to play backing tracks in a live gig environment.
I use an iPad running apps Onsong or SetListMaker to display lyrics and also control Tsunami backing tracks via Bluetooth MIDI commands from within the apps. My ideal situation is to change a song on the app and then it will automatically reference the relevant backing track and wait for my start command to start autoscrolling the song and simultaneously commence playback (triggered with a Bluetooth AirTurn switch)
It appears that the tsunami track playback is triggered by a midi note on message, which I have now successfully got Onsong to send. SetListMaker is still a work in progress…
Questions…
My issue is that I have over 200 backing tracks and am still working out how to overcome the 128 note limit… Bank change seems to be the way to go, but still working out how to get the app to send that info
Anyone out there have experience in this area that can give any suggestions…? Thanks in advance…
