Unbalanced to balanced audio conversion... and back again.

I’m looking for a small board that simply takes an unbalanced line level audio signal and outputs a balanced signal.

Then I’m looking to turn that signal with a separate system back to an unbalanced signal, also line level.

I was looking at:

Is one of these my best option or is there something else any of you may know of???
