After successfully uploading several designs I created in Osmond (PCB design on Mac OSX), I find that the Bot seems to misread the size of my latest board, which is intended as an Arduino sheild design. I’ve tried several variations to try and get it to determine the proper size, but none work properly. The actual size of my board is 2.35 x 2.1 inches, and I have both a copper flood area of this size on both size of the board, as well as a rectangle of this size on the top silkscreen area, but the upload page reports always reports the size like this:
X Maximum: 1.2875 - Y Maximum: 0.0019
X Minimum: 0.0095 - Y Minimum: 0.0001
X Size: 1.2780 - Y Size: 0.0018
The layers files look fine in a Gerber viewer and all are correctly identified on the assignment page. Yet, the Bot insists that the Y size is only 0.0018 inches and gets the X dimension wrong, too.

p.s. I’ve emailed the Zip file with the layers to the support email, too.
