Using Accelerometer with a PIC microcontroller question

Hi, I’m using an adxl330 3 axis accelerometer. My problem is that I’m using the accelerometer with the adc of the pic. My problem is that the accelerometer’s minimum and maximum voltage swing is only 1.25 to 2.5 volts. I was wondering if there is a way to make the voltage swing from 0 to 5 volts or something close to it. I don’t want to use make the voltage ref - 1.25 and voltage ref+ 2.5 because there are other devices already connected to the pic. Thank you and good day.

Op amps are usually used for this. I bookmarked this link which describes how to do it: http://www.electrotap.com/articles/opamps1.shtml
