Using Fusion360 for PCB design

Hello,

I have both Eagle and Fusion 360 available. I use Fusion for all my 3d model design work.

I have also created some simple electronic circuits for some of my models using strip board and Fritzing. I would now like to use Fusion 360 to build some PCBs for Fabrication but am finding the Fusion 360 electronics section very difficult to manage and also have found the tutorials generated by the Fusion 360 team transfering Eagle to Fusion to generally be very much less than helpful whereas the Sparkfun tutorials on PCB design using Eagle are incredibly good. Obviously much of the Eagle process is transferable to the Fusion integration but there are some aspects in Fusion that just seem very difficult to manage, specifically the Libraries of which there are a gadzillion of them. I would like to generate my PCB designs in Fusion so I can interact with the 3d Models I am working on.

Does anyone know of some up to date tutorials on using Fusion Electronics design section or hope on hope is there any chance Sparkfun might produce or update their excellent Eagle tutorials.

Probably not the best forum for asking this but I am hopeful someone out there can advise.

Haven’t tried Fusion 360 but from what I understand you can create and modify your boards in friendly, familiar Eagle and then just open them in Fusion 360 and make any further modifications there.
