Using Xbee ProZB S2 with a kwikset deadbolt lock over Zigbee

Hi,

I have a Xbee ProZB S2 ( http://www.adafruit.com/products/967 ) and I am trying to use it

with a kwikset deadbolt lock that is zigbee compatible ( http://www.kwikset.com/Products/Details … 5-SMT.aspx )

I have the Xbee configured to the following settings

  • ZS = 2

  • EE = 1

  • EO = 2

  • KY = 5A6967426565416C6C69616E63653039 (the one defined in

the HA profile)

  • NK = 0

  • API Enable = 2

  • API Output Mode = 1

I am using zigbee operator to manage the api. When i try to pair up the devices i get an rx indicator from the lock. I am currently stuck on what to do next.

Send it the Kwikset commands to query status or lock/unlock.
