what board should I chose in the Arduino IDE for the SparkFun Redboard

I bought the SparkFun Inventor’s Kit - v4.1.2 - KIT-21301 - SparkFun Electronics with the SparkFun RedBoard Qwiic board.

I have the Arduino IDE 2.2.1 and wondering what board to choose for configuring it to run with my RedBoard. The SparkFun RedBoard is not one of the choices. I chose Arduino UNO R4 Minima. Is that right? Should I choose a different one? What are the differences?

Did your kit not come with an guide book? I believe the answer to this question (and future ones) can be found in that book.
