Sorry for asking here, but I thought there would be a load of experience with this chip as it is used in the USB-JTAG-TINY from Olimex among others.
I am working on a multi-chip production programmer (different chips and some housekeeping), and I need SPI, RS232 and a few GPIOs simultaneously. It looks from the data sheet of the FT2232H that this can be done (if I guess correctly that I can use a few pins for SPI and the unused ones for GPIO at the same time) - please give me some input.
