Hi,
I’m doing a very densely populated small SMD board and the size of the vias are the limiting factor for me.
Using the 20mil min drill size and the 8 mil traces it seems that 36mils is the smallest “supported” pad size.
What is the smallest that has worked for you?
Thanks C.
I think GP can do 15 mil drills. The vias on my current board are about 15mil drills with 30 mil total diameter, and GP made them okay (but I haven’t tested the boards yet ).
Thanks silicOre,
I will give that a shot, it seems to make sense from what I can infer from the threads that talk about the DRC test specs.
Saving 6mils is a huge savings for me.
Good to know you have one of these in hand even if it still needs to be tested.
Kind Regards C.
