I need a few parts as I have started a project. Could you help me? My project is a robotic arm connected to a rail, allowing free movement that is customisable to distance. The robotic arm, in its first state, is controlled through the motion of my hand but is expandable to AI detection and movement and voice control with presets. I am fairly new to these types of projects, but I like to just dive in, with no instructions and no skills, and figure it out along the way. I am currently in Florida and would love quick delivery if its possible 1-2 days MAX. My budget is around 500 dollars. Do you have anything in mind? Let me know.
I’d probably try heading to your closest MicroCenter or maker/hackerspace and get the lay of the land and general outline of your project mapped out; microcenter might have some of our Jetbot kits still in stock (discontinued, but fits your project well), or you might be able to find the same online
As for the robot arm, we used to carry the uArm stuff that might work well for what you’re doing…then just add a stepper motor the move it along the rail
