What SparkFun device can serve a Bluetooth Central Device

I have purchased a BlueFruit LE UART 2479 BLE. I would like to use a MUC (and an unspecified Bluetooth module) to monitor the BLE 2479 data.

What Sparkfun device (the unspecified Bluetooth module) do you recommend to accomplish this task.

Unfortunately, I don’t know much about BLE. However, the Artemis module is now compatible with the ArduinoBLE library. I am pretty sure it support functionality as a central device. I would check out the information for the library first: https://www.arduino.cc/en/Reference/ArduinoBLE
