Where are the Cortex-M3's with EBI?

Besides the offerings by ST, where are the other Cortex-M3 offerings with EBI? The Luminary 9XXX parts were announced over a year ago (or at least it seems that way) and nobody has them, and nobody has the SAM3U or SAM3S parts yet either.

Does anyone know of another available Cortex-M3 part with EBI? I need something I can hook an external SRAM (or if possible SDRAM) and OLED display to…
