you may know the answer already, but we currently have a moderation process that means the first post or topic you make has to be approved by a moderator or administrator, so it was simply sitting in the approval queue.
The reason we do this is to detect and deter spammers from taking over this place. It’s a process that takes some time and work, but overall, we believe it’s well worth it as it keeps (most of) the junk off the boards.
