Which power adapter should I get for Arduino Uno?

I’m new to Arduino. I would like to get an external power source so I don’t have to use USB. Which one should I get?

If you're not running a lot of other devices off the Arduino's 5V regulator (not a good idea in general) I would look for something as close to 7V as I could get to minimize the heat produced by that regulator. Perhaps this one is a good choice.

If you are going to run a lot of other devices then perhaps this one and then bypass the Arduino’s barrel jack and 5V regulator, bring the 5V output to Vcc.
