WiTilt with Nokia N80

I’m working with a Nokia N80 and WiTilt v2.5

I’m trying to read the data on the phone via a java program, but I assume I need to get the phone to pair with WiTilt. I am trying to use the demo bluetooth apps that come with the Nokia Symbian s60 and they cannot find the WiTilt. I can see the Witilt on the N80 bluetooth device setup menu, but cannot pair with it. When it asks for the passcode and i hit cancel it fails.

Can I access the WiTilt data without pairing with the device.

Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated.

I have the exact same problem. I am trying to make a connected via bluetooth between my Nokia n97 and witilt v2.5 and read accelerometer data.

I can see the Witilt on the N97 bluetooth device menu, but cannot pair with it because it asks for pairing passcode.

Anyone else knows the answer?

I know this is 3 years later, but for documentation purposes: the passcode for the witilt is “1234” (at least that’s what it is for WiTilt v3)
