Wrong board dimension at 'DRC' time

Just tried to submit my 2nd board and ran into the same problem that I did the first time: my PCB program (Easy-PC) is set to output 2+4 gerber info - necessary since most SMD parts have metric LS, and (for this and other reasons) I have parts on 0.0005" centers.

The scan engine mis-interprets this so that my board size comes out 10x (100x area!) too large. The next page then allows me to select the file format, but by then it’s too late. I tried ‘cycling back’ to the entry page, hoping it would remember my file format, but things only got worse! (Estimated board cost, $25,000/ea for a 1"x0.85" board!)

Thought I’d try the forum, rather than bothering Sparky. Thanks for any suggestions. (P.S. The first time I just changed the output to 2+3, but this time (and in general) I’d like to use 2+4.)

Please email me the gerbers so I can fix the bug. I’ve got a fix I think will work, I’d just like some known-broken files to test with ;).
